✅ Free Cancellation: 14 days or more before check-in – 100% Refund
🔹 8-14 Days Before Check-in: 50% of the booking amount is refunded
❌ Less than 8 Days: No refund for last-minute cancellations

For OTA & Travel Agent Bookings (Booking.com, MMT, Airbnb, etc.)

The cancellation policy varies based on the respective OTA’s terms. Please contact the booking platform directly for cancellations or changes.

Rescheduling is allowed only if requested at least 14 days before check-in.
New dates are subject to availability & rate differences.
Less than 14 days' notice – rescheduling will not be accepted.

3️⃣ Payment & Balance Amount

To confirm your booking, a 50% advance payment is required.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 14 days before check-in.
Failure to pay the balance on time may result in automatic cancellation, with applicable cancellation charges.

Early Check-outs: No refunds for unused nights.
No-shows: Guests who fail to check-in on their booked date will be charged 100% of the booking amount.

Payment gateway fees, bank charges, or third-party commission charges are non-refundable.
